Our Structure

Europerf membership is divided into full members, associate members, supplier members and honorary members.

The General Assembly, the supreme organ of the association, sets the association’s general objectives and controls the activities of the Board. It usually meets 3 times per year:

• Winter ‘business’ meeting (Brussels): the GA reviews the association’s actions over the previous year and sets general objectives in the short/medium term
• Spring ‘plenary’ meeting (Europe): this meeting gives ample time for networking among the European perforating industry and with partner industries along the supply chain
• Autumn ‘technical’ meeting (Europe): hosted by a member, this meeting has a technical focus and usually includes a visit of the hosting member’s factory

The Board consists of the President, the Vice-President and the former President. It sets the strategy and actions to undertake in order to reach the objectives established by the General Assembly. It supervises the work of the Secretary General.

The Secretary General handles the association’s secretariat and implements the strategy and actions set by the Board.
